The Horse Box can provide a unique and memorable drinks experience with a great range of reasonably priced drinks. We can provide a full Barr selection including gins, spirits, cocktails, wine, cider, bubbles and of course craft lager and ale.

Full bar service
for the day

The Horsebox can provide a fully licensed drinks experience for the entire day. Our drinks packages start at £13 per head. These include arrival drinks, table wine accompanied with still and sparkling water during your meal, followed by bubbly for your toast. Throughout the rest of the day, we can operate a cash bar. We are more than happy to put together bespoke menus and we can explore the various options open to you.

In the evening you may want to put some money behind the bar for your guests to enjoy a complimentary drink or if you would like a free bar for your guests, we would take an upfront payment and Bill you for the remainder later. Alternatively, you could put some money behind the bar for all your guests to enjoy and we start to charge guests when this has been used.

Hire fee:

No fee hire applies to 80 + guests within a 35-mile radius of HD9.

Drinks Package: From £13 per person.

Minimum Spend: No minimum spend required.

Cash Bar Only

If it’s just a cash bar that you require for part of the day, that’s absolutely fine. Our experienced team of staff can serve a range of drinks for your guests.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our service and want to make your day a special and unique experience.

Hire fee:

£300 for our horse box within a 35 mile radius of HD9.

Dry Bar

Alternatively, you may prefer to purchase and provide your own drinks for guests. Our HorseBox is the ideal vehicle to help you do this. It is fully equipped ready for service and is ideal for venues that already have a bar team to complement an existing bar or our staff can be arranged if required.

Hire fee:

£300 plus travel and a refundable damage deposit.

About our produce

We are foodies with a passion for putting together a seasonal and location-specific bespoke menu.

We pride ourselves on sourcing quality British ingredients that are locally sourced and always fresh. Our menu regularly changes to make use of local seasonal produce.

We offer a seasonal range of DARKWOODS Coffee which is craft roasted in Marsden, West Yorkshire and a select range of Canton tea which is considered to be the best source of the world’s greatest teas.

Our homemade crumpets are made using organic flour to give the best taste, the mixture is put on a lightly oiled griddle which gives them a thick crunchy base and because of this, they are much softer and lighter than a shop bought crumpet. The array of toppings we offer are locally sourced, our jams and chutneys are made using the seasonal fruits and vegetables here in Yorkshire.

We also offer homemade goodies such as Strawberry sponge, Lemon drizzle cake and Banana and pecan loaf.

Our food is locally sourced (Yorkshire), free-range using independent traders and every piece of packaging which is made from plants is 100% biodegradable and compostable.
