If you’re looking for something to make your event stand out from the rest then look no further.

As well as trading at markets and festivals, The Horse Box Bar is available for private hire. No event too large or small. We cater for weddings, garden parties, Christmas parties, new years eve, corporate events and charity gigs. We are available for hire in and around Yorkshire.

We can create a completely bespoke package and menu to suit your requirements, whether it is a Champagne reception, Pimms or craft beer followed by our cheese and charcuterie platters or our crumpets and cake.... It’s up to you.

Catering for Events, Festivals & Corporate Occasions

The Horse box can provide a fully licensed drinks experience for the entire day. Our drinks packages start at £13 per head. These include arrival drinks, table wine accompanied with still and sparkling water during your meal, followed by bubbly for your toast. Throughout the rest of the day we can operate a cash bar. We are more than happy to put together bespoke menus and we can explore the various options open to you.

The Horse Box can provide a unique and memorable drinks experience with a great range of reasonably priced drinks. We can provide a full Barr selection including gins, spirits, cocktails, wine, cider, bubbles and of course craft lager and ale.

Alternatively, you may prefer to purchase and provide your own drinks for guests. Our HorseBox is the ideal vehicle to help you do this. It is fully equipped ready for service and is ideal for venues that already have a bar team to complement an existing bar or our staff can be arranged if required.

Home made crumpets, gourmet nibbles & cake

Our homemade crumpets are made using organic flour to give the best taste,the mixture is put on a lightly oiled griddle which gives them a thick crunchy base and because of this they are much softer and lighter than a shop bought crumpet. The array of toppings we offer are locally sourced, our jams and chutneys are made using the seasonal fruits and vegetables here in Yorkshire. We also offer homemade goodies such as Strawberry sponge, Lemon drizzle cake and Banana and pecan loaf. Our food is locally sourced (Yorkshire), free range using independent traders and every piece of packaging which is made from plants is 100% biodegradable and compostable.

Weddings are our forte, from a champagne reception to morning-after refreshments, we’ve got it covered. Perhaps it’s your evening drinks and/or our homemade crumpets and cake for your guests to tuck into while they dance the night away, we are excited to help.
